APEX WENDYHOUSE WITH 18" VERANDAH:

This pretty building gives a feel of peace and relaxation and yet is packet full of fun and adventure. The 18" veranda gives outside shelter for your child to play on, and also gives a cosy feel to this Wendy houses exterior. A plus in any garden. N.B. Please add 18 inches or 46 cm to your floor size for the size of floor.The Stable door is an optional extra. There will be a 10 mm gap between the two halves of the door. Thus to comply with E.E.C. regulations

WINDOWS:
- Two fixed windows each measuring 1' 3" x 2' ( 0.38m x 0.61m ) each side of the door

Please note where the size of your building is shown this does not include the size of your Verandah ie 6' x 4' (1.83m x 1.22m) Building size, will be 6' x 5' 6" (1.83m x 1.67m) base size inclusive of your verandah
