THE CHALET:

A building for all seasons the Chalet with its apex style roof, large glazed areas and double doors will give years of pleasure for a small investment. The Chalet is the most popular of all our intricate rage of buildings. N.B. Its already super looks can be enhanced with a 2' 6" verandah as on the photograph ( 0.76m ) made from pressure treated decking and side rails. This option can be found in the optional extras box.

WINDOWS:
- The front has 2 fixed windows each side of the doors, using maximum window area available. Each side has 2 double windows Each measuring 3' 4" x 2' 3" ( 1.01m x 68cm ).Top windows opening bottom windows fixed


ROOF OVERHANG:
- Front without verandah 1' ( 0.3m )
- Back 4" ( 10cm )
- Sides 4" ( 10cm )
