MINI WENDY:

Small and yet big on fun!
This is the smallest play house we manufacture and yet one of our most popular ones. It is available with a standard door and window, or if you would like to give it that cottage feel, you can upgrade it with a stable door and Georgian windows. It is an ideal den for even the most imaginative of kids.

FEATURES:
- 12mm Redwood T&G Shiplap cladding to walls
- Perspex, felt, fixings & instructions
- 12mm Redwood T&G Match board roof and floor
- Magnetic catch to door
- 3' ( 77mm ) diameter Soff-It Vent

GLAZING:
- Perspex 2mm, Supplied

MEASUREMENTS:
- Height to eaves 3' 5" ( 1.04m )
- Height to ridge 4' 1" ( 1.24m )

DOOR:
- ?? X 18" ( Stable door optional )

WINDOWS:
- Two fixed windows each measuring 18" x 18" ( 0.46m x 0.46m )

N.B.
All sizes are external including base and roof and are approx.
Our entire Children's ranges of buildings are supplied with 2mm Perspex.
